Hello

I’m Alison. an AfN Registered Nutritionist with a BSc and an MSc in Clinical Nutrition.

My 10-year journey through advanced-age fertility and perimenopause reinforced first-hand how powerfully nutrition and lifestyle impacts women's hormonal balance and, ultimately, how we feel.

It’s what inspired me to specialise in educating women and guiding them through often-challenging hormonal transitions.

Perimenopause & Menopause

Hormonal fluctuations can deeply impact various body systems, causing disturbed sleep, fatigue, pain, brain fog, anxiety and feeling off balance emotionally.

Yet, many women are totally unprepared for perimenopause and become overwhelmed.

How SheVive can help

We'll explore your symptoms, diet, lifestyle, energy levels and motivations, all in an empathetic manner, free from judgement.

We'll help you understand what's happening and guide you through realistic nutritional and lifestyle adjustments, aimed at alleviating symptoms so that you can feel better and thrive once again.

Testimonial

“I worked with Alison for over 12 years on my strength, core stability and mental wellness. I’m now very excited to start my SheVive journey through this important phase of my life.

I’ve always found that Alison is both inspirational and compassionate in her advice. She’s also constantly searching out new things to learn and ways to enhance her knowledge. I’d thoroughly recommended Alison to anyone who thinks they might benefit from some support.”

The Ginkgo Leaf

The Ginkgo Biloba tree, native to Southeast Asia, lives for thousands of years and has come to represent strength, longevity and vitality. It’s unique fan shaped leaves are seen as a symbol of balance and harmony.

Ginkgo leaves can be infused to make tea, usually combined with Centella asiatica (also known as Gotu kola). These herbs have been shown to protect the nervous system, sharpen cognitive focus and improve mood.

Always introduce herbs gradually and be aware of side effects. Do not consume if you are, or wish to become, pregnant or breastfeeding. Always check interactions with your medications and consult your GP as required.
